This God is not in our dimension, because it is on the same planet which is in its hands...cause this God is ubiquitous
The God by name AT is the God of all machines, robots and mechanisms. All robots which surround AT get the energy from the light spread by its generator. The generator is located under the planet which is in the At's hands and arms. So, by turning the planet round at could activate the robots on the one side of the planet and switch off on the other one. But in case AT needs to set robots operation on the dark side of the planet it uses its arms to make point-light charging of specific region.
In fact, on this illustration we could see the same God in the center of composition, on the space background and on the top of the small planet.
